Membership Agreement

This Membership Agreement is entered into between users who use the phaselisolive.com website and register as members of the site, and PHASELİS GIDA SANAYİ VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ ("Phaselis Olive"), for the purpose of regulating the terms and conditions of use of the services offered on the site.

1.2. MEMBER

Natural or legal person who registers as a member of the Phaselis Olive website and benefits from the services on the site. (hereinafter referred to as the "Member")

ARTICLE 2: SUBJECT AND SCOPE OF THE AGREEMENT

The subject of this agreement is to determine the conditions of the Member's use of the phaselisolive.com website belonging to the Company and to determine the rights and obligations of the parties. By approving this agreement, the Member is deemed to have accepted the site usage terms, privacy policy, and membership rules in advance.

ARTICLE 3: MEMBERSHIP CONDITIONS AND REGISTRATION PROCEDURES

• Persons wishing to become a member must fill out their identity and contact information accurately in the relevant section on the site.
• To become a member, one must be at least 18 years old.
• The password information determined while creating the membership account is entirely the responsibility of the Member. The Company cannot be held responsible for damages that may arise from the use of the password by unauthorized persons.

ARTICLE 4: RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

• 4.1. Rights and Obligations of the Member: The Member agrees to comply with all applicable laws, general rules of morality, and rules of honesty while using the site. The Member is obliged to refrain from any action that will damage the site infrastructure, endanger security, or access the site with automated software.
• 4.2. Rights and Obligations of the Company: The Company takes the necessary technical measures to ensure the uninterrupted and error-free operation of the website; however, it cannot be held responsible for interruptions that may occur due to system maintenance, updates, or force majeure. The Company reserves the right to change the services offered on the site, prices, and campaign conditions at any time.

ARTICLE 5: PRIVACY AND PERSONAL DATA

Personal data declared to the site by the Member is processed and protected in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and the Company Privacy Policy. The Member agrees that the information shared is accurate and will be updated when necessary.

ARTICLE 6: TERMINATION OF THE AGREEMENT

The Member has the right to terminate the agreement at any time by closing their membership account. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate the membership without prior notice in the event that the provisions of this agreement are violated by the Member.

ARTICLE 7: DISPUTE RESOLUTION

In disputes that may arise from this agreement, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts are authorized. By registering as a member of the site, the Member declares that they have read and understood all the articles in this agreement and have accepted them by approving them in electronic form.
