Orders placed through Phaselis Olive are prepared in accordance with secure packaging standards after payment confirmation and handed over to contracted courier companies.

• Delivery Time: Your orders are delivered to your address within an average of 2 to 5 business days. This period may vary due to force majeure or peak periods of the courier company.
• Shipping Fees: Shipping fees may vary depending on promotional periods. Current shipping promotions and fees are clearly stated on the payment page.
• Damaged Delivery: If you notice any crushing, tearing, or leakage in the package received with the courier, you should have the courier issue a "Damage Inspection Report" and contact us without accepting the product.

Return Conditions

Prioritizing customer satisfaction, Phaselis Olive offers a hassle-free return process within the framework of your legal rights.

• Return Period: You can create a return request within 14 days from the date you receive your product.
• Return Condition for Food Products: Due to hygiene, quality, and food safety standards, opened, unsealed, or partially consumed olive oil and food products cannot be legally returned.
• Return Process: You can send the unopened products you wish to return, along with the invoice, to us through our contracted courier company. After the product reaches us and inspections are completed, the product price will be refunded within 3-7 business days according to the payment method you used.
